This project commenced in 2008, MLAL acts as AP, RSE and RGE to revise construction procedure and submit amendment plans to the Buildings Department. We prepared tender document and subsequent administration of the Construction Contract. Later during construction, relevant Technical Competent Person was provided to supervise the works and check the material testing certificates.
