MLAL carried out architectural and engineering studies on visual and landscape comfort, traffic, environment, interfacing issues towards the Multipurpose Sports Complex in Kai Tak Area, which was developed for hosting national sports event and world-class exhibitions. It sticks to strict compliance and is expected to be commissioned in 2019.

Study on Government Piers and Landing Facilities
This study covers 78 government piers and 24 landing facilities designed in the past – aiming to give higher attention on users’ experience and environmental friendliness instead of emphasis solely on construction and operation. The analysis provided comprehensive findings on the public facilities, and recommendations about facilities modernization.
